JOB SUMMARY
The facility Quality Coordinator main responsibility is to support the development and execution of the local quality management system and environmental systems. This includes conducting or ensuring regular and irregular inspections relevant to production and supplier quality, health, and safety, and environmental, support corrective and preventative actions, create quality alerts.
This position reports directly to the Site Manager while working side-by-side with the other key team members to include the Regional Quality Manager and group Quality organization. This person will be key to identifying, documenting, and driving the initiatives for quality improvement. In addition, this individual will support the Health and Safety regulations and day
to day maintenance with local leadership. They will support and promote a culture of operational excellence with a focus on quality through training, coaching, and internal audits, while leveraging all available support service resources from the Nefab South East region and Nefab Americas organization.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that Quality Management system and the Environmental Management system are followed.
- Ensure and maintain quality control standards and ongoing control objectives action with direction from leadership that may include Regional Quality Manager.
- Ensures and/or performs quality control inspections and checks the manufacture of products throughout the warehousing process and supply chain.
- Support Local leadership and Regional Quality Manager by investigating and correcting customer non-conforming issues and complaints relating to quality.
- Records observations and makes recommendations for improving performance. Manages the Continual Improvement Tracker at the facility.

This Buyer is responsible for purchasing of traded goods and raw material needed for production. They buyer will continuously monitor and analyze production requirements to minimize on hand inventories, while ensuring no shortages in direct material. The buyer will participate in month-end inventory counts and help support local and regional sourcing initiatives. The buyer will develop and maintain relationships with local vendors and gain an understanding of local markets.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Set up traded items in ERP system.
· Monitor purchasing requisitions daily.
· Issue purchase orders to outside vendors as needed for raw materials and traded goods.

JOB SUMMARY
The Production Manager is responsible for the overall safe and efficient operation of the
manufacturing facility to include, but not limited to, personnel, production, maintenance,
customer requirements/interface, planning and scheduling, safety, and housekeeping. In

which coordinates policies, manufacturing personnel requirements for the division.
