Our business is growing and as a result, we are looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our Sales team! As Account Manager within Nefab Netherlands you will be responsible for the growth and satisfaction of our (key) customers while keeping the internal goals in mind (profit optimization and productivity). It is your job to identify and analyze customer’s requirements and desired solutions. You will need to fully understand customer needs and effectively work with different departments, like Engineering, Sourcing and Operations and our sister companies. 

The role of an Account Manager will entail:

  • Manage and develop business relationships with our key accounts;
  • Prospecting and developing new sales across Netherlands for Nefab’s products & services towards our prioritized segments;
  • Consultative selling, sales of sustainable and optimized transport packaging solutions;
  • Pro-actively engage with customer accounts to ensure their satisfaction with our product and service;
  • Work closely together with engineering department and ISTA certified test lab, designing or evaluating optimal packaging solutions;
  • Liaising with sister companies in Europe & Overseas to facilitate tailored business response to customer requirements and cross-border projects;
  • Accurately forecast distribution and volume targets;
  • Manage the trade, e.g. customer turnover, inventories, commercial controls etc;
  • Track trade trends and competitor activities e.g. pricing, distribution, product promotions.

Your profile

  • You have a Master or Bachelor degree with minimum 3 years of key account sales experience in business-to-business environment, preferably in packaging, logistics or telecom-electronics industry;
  • Fluency in Dutch and English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential;
  • Strong MS office skills.
