Are you passionate about supporting global sales and our purpose of saving resources?

As Finance Director Global Segments you play a key role in our global business unit that leads and coordinates our work with global key accounts. You drive the execution of our strategy, both in terms of finance and sustainability. Business reviews with the segments is a natural part of the job and you work closely with other Corporate Functions to ensure adequate support to the Business Unit. You report to the EVP of Business Unit Global Segments and are a member of the Business Unit management team.

Main responsibilities

  • Drive strategy execution within the Business Unit (BU)
  • Responsible for adherence to governance processes
  • Prepare and present financial reports to BU board meetings
  • Responsible for the yearly budget and forecasting processes
  • Drive and participate in BU projects
  • Support, review and analyze important agreements
  • Support with compensation and benefits matters in the BU

Role requirements

To succeed in this role, we believe you need:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within business controlling
  • Availability for travel
  • A university degree
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Cultural awareness
  • Analytical skills
  • Good English, verbal and written
  • Experience from  matrix organization is meriting

Job location could alternatively be Kista.
