MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand customer needs and requirement to make plastic injection container design
  • Support local sales and sourcing team for injection solutions and moudling
  • Cooperation with SU or supplier to make qualified products
  • Upload the drawings and release documents in EDM system, Make BOM list
  • Responsible for prototypes and fitting test
  • Responsible for creating the packaging instruction
  • Validate packaging designs according test or FEA
  • Familier with injection moulding design and production technical

YOUR QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering/Machanial Engineering/Industrial
  • Injection plastic container design and manufacture working experience at least 5 years
  • Be familiar with plastic injection and molding process
  • Work with 3D CAD programs (preferably Iron CAD or UG or SolidWorks)
  • An understanding of container application and Automotive and industry area
  • Good writing and reading English

  • Creative/Innovative
  • Ability to train others in plastic injection design
  • MS Office application
  • Good Communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for solving the problem

REPORTING

This role will report to Technical Project Manager LIB. 

LOCATION

This role will be based in Wuxi and will require extensive travelling.
