MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business development in the automotive industry (OEM, Tier1)
  • Cross regional BU collaboration
  • Develop and execute sales plan based on the company's sales targets, develop sales plans, and track and report on the completion of sales targets
  • Regularly visit customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and establish good customer relationships
  • Understanding customer needs, gain a deep understanding of customer needs, provide suitable products for customers, and engage in in-depth communication with customers
  • Selling company products to customers through effective sales techniques
  • Follow up with successful customers to understand their needs, product usage, and customer satisfaction with the product, in order to further improve customer satisfaction
  • Statistics and analysis of sales data, identifying problems and shortcomings in sales work, and improving sales work
  • Comply with the company's sales policies and complete other sales related tasks

YOUR QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Minimum 5 years’ previous experiences from similar position. (mandatory, Sales in the automotive industry or automotive logistics industry)
  • English (high - mandatory)

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Having good oral and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate with clients
  • Have strong sales skills, understand product characteristics and market demands, and be able to proficiently use sales skills for sales
  • Being able to establish good customer relationships, gain a deep understanding of customer needs, and provide high-quality services to customers
  • Ability to produce, share and explain complex concepts
  • Basic Financial knowledge
  • MS Office applications (user level)

REPORTING

This role will report to Automotive OE Manager.

LOCATION

This role will be based in Shanghai or Wuxi and will require extensive travelling.
