We are now strengthening our tax team in Jönköping with a Tax Controller.

We are seeking a motivated Tax Controller to join our dynamic Group Finance Team.

As a Tax Controller, you will play an important role in managing tax compliance, implementing transfer pricing strategies, and contributing to the success of our global organization.

.This position is located in Jönköping, Sweden, and you will report to the Head of Tax.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Analyzing and communicating the impact of tax law changes, both nationally and internationally
  • Providing tax advice and support to Business Units across the Group
  • Ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations
  • Managing Tax Audits and have contact with the Swedish Tax Authority. Assist in tax audits for the subsidiaries
  • Be a front runner in group-wide tax projects, such as implementation of CBCR and Pillar II
  • Developing the Transfer Pricing Model, policies, and instructions
  • Tax accounting and tax reporting

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus 
  • Master’s or other advanced degrees are a plus
  • Proven work experience in international tax, possibly from the tax agency, as a tax consultant, as an auditor, from a law firm or from global organizations such as us
  • Problem-solving skills and financial knowledge
  • High-level communication skills
  • Attention to detail and high integrity
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with good Excel skills for financial modeling. Experience with Cognos Controller and M3 is a plus.
