1. JOB SUMMARY

The Warehouse team leader is responsible for Services, shipping and receiving for the warehouse and day-to-day logistics and operations for the site. 

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage the teams in Shipping, receiving, Services and Onsite.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
  • Responsible for inbound goods quality check
  • Maintain 5S and keep warehouse organized – Incoming / In processing and Outgoing.
  • Coordinate Shipping and receiving activities for service-related operations with CS.
  • Guarantees all out going shipments conforms to work orders and customer requirements – Pre-Delivery Inspection, packing lists, shipping labels etc. as specified.
  • Optimization of resource utilization – No of trips, Resources
  • Reviews shipping schedule to determine shipping date, method, and any special shipping instructions.
  • Receive all incoming product through warehouse.
  • Guarantees all incoming goods as per receiving inspection procedure.
  • Assign month-end inventory counting lists to warehouse team, help check inventory inconsistencies as required.
  • Monitor inventory on a weekly basis, triggers re-order requests when stock is low.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001, FSC, UN and 14001 Policies and Procedures in the respective areas.
  • Oversees regulatory actions for Trucks, Forklifts & pallet jacks and other material handling equipment’s.
  • Other Duties as required.

2.  REQUIREMENTS

2.1 Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in relate field

2.2 Experience:

  • This position requires a university level education and minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse management.
  • Experience with ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 experience is seen as plus.

Experience in Packaging industry is seen as a major plus.

2.3 Language:

  • Good communication in Vietnamese and English both writing and reading skill.

  • Good Office software skills (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Document Control System (such as Master Control) experience is a plus
  • ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 knowledge are preferable
  • ERP experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the basic business and legal related documents.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to operate a forklift, pallet jack and other required machinery.
